Currently an MFA fiction candidate at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, Michelle serves as fiction editor for Hellscape and phoebe literary journals and associate fiction editor for Kaaterskill Basin Literary Journal. Recipient of the 2005 Mary McElligott Gloster Prize, and the Mary Roberts Rineheart Fiction Award, and nominated for Best Small Fictions 2017, her fiction has appeared in dogzplot, Eunioa Review, Journal of Hermeneutic Chaos, and others. She lives in the DMV with her partner and a ginger cat, named Ginger, who is trying to sit on her laptop as she types this.
